Hi. I stumbled onto UrbanDead by accident from a news post of game link I'm not really sure. I hate that it's limited to generating points to do things but I'm new maybe it makes more sense as you go along. BUT I have figured out that you can't survive out there on your own and you need friends. I found this URL off a spray and I've seen it a few times as I've wandered round. So here I am... Thank you for reviving me the two times I've died from lack of AP to get somewhere or getting somewhere to find a VS Barricade up... hate when that happens. I'm working on Free Running, but it's slow going. Look forward to meeting more of you out in Malton, hopefully breathing.

Hi, just started a new character. I'm a level 1 firefighter, and I'd like to join up. I'll post my link in the relevant thread.
By the way, this is a nice diversion while listening to some death metal or goregrind, haha.

You are definately welcome, Clare is a semi dangerous area and has breakins regularly and can be overbarricaded at times. If you ever leave and can't get back in Etheldreda Hospital to the South is an option but is usually overbarricaded also. I suggest getting free running and diagnoses skills ASAP. If you get killed travel 3 SouthEast then 3 East to get to Ames Plaza Earletowns revive point. If both hospitals are overbarricaded you can also find FAK's (First Aid Kits) in St Telesphorus's Church 2 South of Clare, at least 1 side (2 block building) is always kept at Very Strongly Barricaded so low levels without freerunning can enter.
Things you must do to be an official member: 1. Post your profile link on the forum here or in the Earletown threads. (examples in my signature) 2. Change your group in your settings to BOW 3. Kill zombies and heal and revive survivors
Things you should do to be an effective player: 1. Sign up for the forums and check the Earletown forums for information on breakins, survivors needing healing, zombie numbers, and the like. Also a thread to post revive requests there. 2. Get free running and diagnoses as soon as you can save the AP it will make your life as a medic a lot easier, till then just be asking who needs healing every time you end your turn.
Good luck, welcome aboard!

Help me! Each time I try to activate my account it says I need to login, and when I login it says click to continue to activation, and when I provide my username and password and click to continue it simply returns me to the same page. The page says there are members frankfurt (me) but regards me as someone else ( a guest). Help!
[Note: Please don't regard this as spamming and help!]

I wouldn't say that you can't but you are going to have a harder time asking for revive requests without a profile link in your signature, and you won't be able to enter the restricted area if I'm thinking right. I'll see what else I can come up with.

Be on a lookout.

I am hacking at those that broke into Clare Hospital every chance I get, good to see you didn't die. I suggest coming back to central Earletown and stay in St Telesphorus's Church or Goodwyn Ave School where you can gain XP by healing wounded or reading books and us other BOW members can keep an eye on the barricades. So far both buildings have been holding fairly well for enterable barricaded buildings. Post in the Earletown boards when you can but don't leave your exact location on these boards since they are public
